Broomstick Estate rated by James Halliday at five star and has achieved Gold, Silver and Bronze medals both in Western Australia and across Australia and recently a (high)Bronze Medal at the 2008 Royal Melbourne Wine Show (class 37) for 2006 Shiraz. The vineyard having been planted on well drained gravel loam to sand/loam soils is well known for producing high quality fruit. (Soil reports are available). The Dam
One of the finest tracts of water you will find in the region. 91 megalitres of water. Dam stocked with rainbow trout and marron. This magnificent lake of freshwater is certainly a feature of the property. A pumpshed with all appropriate pumping and filtering equipment is located below the dam wall. This reticulates the entire property. A 90,000 litre rainwater tank supplies the accommodation units and ablution block.

Buildings & Accommodation
2 full length railway carriages and an ablution block provide accommodation for upto 10 people. Power and water provided. A large lock up steel shed accommodates all plant and equipment. Further information is attached.
